Noodles Authentic Furniture is delivered using various partner companies. Small to mid-sized deliveries are sent through DHL. Larger pieces and orders and delivered through general cargo shipping companies.

DHL deliveries: As soon as your delivery is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking code from us which you can use to track your delivery and also specify the time of its arrival.

Cargo shipping: The shipping company will contact you by phone to arrange a delivery date. Your furniture will be delivered curbside or, in some cases, to the front door of your building. It’s important to organize accordingly to make sure you can move larger pieces and orders into your building, house or apartment. In some cases, a white glove service can be booked for an extra fee to bring the furniture inside. It costs more, but it sure can be a life saver. This service should be requested at the time of your purchase / request.

ATTENTION — IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Before signing off on your delivery, be sure to thoroughly check the packaging for signs of damage. It’s well worth the time and effort. Do not let the driver leave before you have checked the packaging — even if he or she is in a hurry. If the packaging is damaged, sign off on the delivery and add “Packaging damaged — goods accepted with reservation”. Take pictures of the damage if you can and be sure to inform us immediately.
